That's right! The man who was convicted of multiple felonies is once again in the oval office. The Democrats have only themselves to blame. There is a good chance nothing major comes from this election, but the scary thing is that the House of Representatives and the Senate are now under the control of the Republican party. This means if Trump wants something done, then he'll likely get something done.
Though trying to make something illegal that the blue states support would likely only breed further tension in the Union. Harris would've definitely caused such friction, but given how less states supported her from the get-go. This would've caused a divide in red states so great nothing would come from it.
California and Colorado going against federal policy is kind of a big deal. If they leave the union, this might start a second civil war, but one which would require ground troops in the state and one that may be resolved quickly due to California having enough resources to sustain itself as an independent nation.
